As in integrative healthcare practitioner, Stephanie assesses each patient holistically with both conventional and complementary approaches. Collaboration with other healthcare providers is essential in her practice, allowing for comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s health.

After dedicating 15 years to a professional ballet career with the Opera National de Bordeaux, Stephanie Gravouille transitioned to the field of osteopathy. She is fully licensed and bilingual osteopath (French and English) and has been residing in Hong Kong since 2020.

 If you are dealing with sports injuries or post-surgery recovery, Stephanie’s background as a ballerina makes her the ideal osteopath for you. She understands the physical demands placed on the body and is dedicated to helping you recover and thrive.

She works confidently with a wide range of osteopathic techniques, including soft tissue techniques, cranial, visceral and fascial techniques, High Velocity techniques (structural techniques) and muscle energy techniques. She is committed to providing personalised treatments tailored to each patient’s unique needs, while also offering guidance on recovery, physical exercises, and lifestyle choices.

Her consultations are inclusive, welcoming newborns, children, teenagers, adults, pregnant women, athletes, and seniors.
