Philosophy

After graduating with honour with the German equivalent of a Bachelors in Health Sciences I soon realised that true healing requires a much wider approach than treating our physical structure, our body, alone and that my journey and search for facilitating true and lasting health had just begun.

On the quest for honouring the interrelation of our body, mind and emotions, I dedicated the next 20 years to the in-depth study of different integrative therapies – from Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Behavioural Neuroscience to Nutritional Biochemistry, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and Integrative Health Coaching, and from Craniosacral Therapy and Somato-Emotional work to BioEnergetic testing and Bioresonance Therapy.

I feel incredibly blessed to be able to combine my love for empowering people with my love of learning and exploring cutting edge science as well as powerful tools of healing.
