About

Philosophy

Michelle was born in Hong Kong and studied Traditional Chinese Medicine in the School of Chinese Medicine at Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).

After obtaining her bachelor’s degree she pursued further postgraduate study at the Faculty of Medicine of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She graduated from PhD study of Family Medicine and her thesis is focused on acne vulgaris induced by hormone imbalance.

She has been publishing papers at prestigious peer-reviewed journals. Clinically, she has special interest in reproductive medicine and has extensive experience in treating patients with infertility or its associated problems.

Michelle is also the Adjunct Assistant Professor of The Center for Health Education and Health Promotion at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the former Adjunct Assistant Professor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Michelle had clinical attachment and training at various hospitals and clinics before joining the Vitality Center including: The Chinese Medicine Clinic on CUHK, Hong Kong; Kwong Wah Hospital Chinese Medicine General Outpatient Clinic, Hong Kong; Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Shenzhen; Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Guangdong; Department of General Practice and Primary Care, King’s College London, London; Centre for Complementary Healthcare and Integrated Medicine Faculty of Health and Human Sciences, Thames Valley University, London
