Alice Gossé is a French holistic wellness practitioner specialised in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Transformational Coaching.
In the first 20 years of her career, she worked in Human Resources for large organizations across the Middle East and Asia. She is now based in Hong Kong with her family for 5 years. She is a stepmother to 4 teenagers and a proud aunt of 6 nieces and nephews.
During her corporate career, while working with people from different cultural background she witnessed the impact of stress, the daily challenges to be emotionally balanced, the difficulties to navigate the challenges of life and remain healthy.
For many of us, life is busy. At an individual level, many people feel that our busy, wired “always on” world makes it hard to stay emotionally balanced and to feel like we’re able to put our efforts towards what’s most important.
